Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026

1. Website operator

This website is operated by Iveria Systems LLC, a company registered in Georgia, identification number 404815232, registered office: Nino and Ilia Nakashidze St., N1, Building N3, Apt. 3, Krtsanisi District, Tbilisi, Georgia. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy are references to Iveria Systems.

This policy explains how we handle information provided through this website. This Privacy Policy does not form part of any separate client agreement.

2. Business-user focus

This website is intended for business users and does not offer consumer services. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Information submitted through this website is normally business contact information provided by an individual acting on behalf of a company.

3. Information you submit through the contact form

The contact form collects the following information:

  • full name;
  • company name;
  • work email address;
  • telephone number, where you choose to provide one;
  • country;
  • the type of requirement you select;
  • the project description you write.

You must confirm that you understand your information will be used to respond to your enquiry before the form can be submitted. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the description field.

4. Technical information and security records

When an enquiry is submitted, we also record a one-way hashed representation of the network address the submission came from and the browser user-agent string. These records are used solely to limit automated or repeated submissions and to protect the form against abuse. The hashed value is not used to identify you.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also keep standard server logs for security and reliability purposes.

5. Purposes of processing

We use the information described above in order to:

  • read, assess and respond to your business enquiry;
  • discuss a possible software-development or technical-services engagement;
  • maintain a record of business correspondence;
  • protect this website against automated abuse;
  • comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in operating a secure website, and on the steps necessary to enter into a possible business agreement.

6. Marketing

We do not operate a newsletter through this website, and we do not use the information you submit to send unrelated marketing communications. We reply to the enquiry you have made.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics services, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, session recording or non-essential cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is displayed.

8. Service providers

We use third-party providers to host this website and to store enquiry records in a managed cloud database. These providers process information on our instructions and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

We do not sell information, and we do not share enquiry information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Storage and international processing

Iveria Systems is established in Georgia. Our hosting and database providers may store and process information on servers located outside Georgia, including in the European Union and other jurisdictions. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the contractual protections offered by the relevant provider.

10. Security

Enquiry records are not publicly accessible through the website. Access is restricted to authorised server-side processes and authorised personnel. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

11. Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, to maintain a record of business correspondence and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Records that are no longer required for these purposes are deleted.

12. Your rights and contact requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to delete information we no longer need, or to stop using it for a particular purpose.

To make a request, email contact@iveriasystems.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to our processes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
